It has been proven that students who begin at an early age develop faster and more easily in ear training, finger technique, and in musicality than those who begin later. Research also supports the theory that young children who are exposed to music develop enhanced cognitive skills. Ontario Conservatory of Music has developed programs specially geared to the 3 to 5 year old age groups.
